Responsabilités

• Assist corporate banking clients with optimizing working capital, cash, and treasury management.
• Provide direct, international, and personal services to strategic clients, maintaining daily contact and managing operational questions for both Belgian and foreign accounts.
• Coordinate and handle post-implementation requests for cash management products (Connexis, Swift, Elink, Ebics, Cash Pool).
• Maintain an overview of all ongoing requests and update clients on progress via status meetings.
• Liaise with multiple departments within the bank, both locally and internationally, in a dynamic environment.
• Keep knowledge of products and applications up to date by training sessions.
• Manage and analyze your client portfolio to provide advice, take proactive action, and resolve recurring issues.
• Adapt to continuous change as online platforms and applications evolve.

The Client Servicing Advisor Corporate Banking role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to deliver expert services and drive value for our client in the corporate banking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Assist corporate banking clients with optimizing their working capital, cash, and treasury management.
• Provide direct, international, and personal services to strategic clients, maintaining daily contact and managing operational questions for both Belgian and foreign accounts.
• Coordinate and handle post-implementation requests for cash management products such as Connexis, Swift, Elink, Ebics, and Cash Pool.
• Maintain an overview of all ongoing requests and update clients on progress via status meetings.
• Liaise with multiple departments within the bank, both locally and internationally, in a dynamic environment.
• Keep knowledge of products and applications up to date by participating in scheduled training sessions.

Requirements:

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Bachelor or master degree in a relevant field.
• After initial training: 50% on-site, 50% remote work.
