CellCarta, a Contract Research Organization (CRO), is seeking an Associate Project Manager (Set-Up) to join our hybrid team in Belgium. The role focuses on coordinating clinical study set-up activities and supporting delivery within scope, time, and budget, under the mentorship of senior project managers.

You will gain exposure to study set-up processes, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across internal departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medical Biology, Medicine, or equivalent expertise gained through experience
• 1–2 years of project coordination or related experience in clinical research or study start-up
• Curiosity and learning mindset with a positive attitude
• Proven ability to manage complex projects to completion with multitasking
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tools (Excel, Power BI)

Responsabilités

• Coordinate clinical study set-up activities from project award through study initiation
• Translate study requirements into clear operational plans and deliverables
• Ensure activities comply with CellCarta’s Quality System
• Support handoff to Conduct Project Manager after set-up
• Draft analytical plans in collaboration with client and internal teams
• Maintain up-to-date study documentation and meeting minutes
