Job summary

CellCarta is seeking a Project Manager, Logistics to independently manage logistics activities supporting clinical studies. You will work with Global Project Management and cross-functional teams to ensure study setup and execution within scope, time, and budget.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, process improvement, and clear stakeholder communication in a hybrid Belgium-based setting. Location: Antwerp area with onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, clinical trial management, or logistics.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics activities for clinical studies from setup to close-out.
• Coordinate logistics requirements and instructions within the Lab Manual.
• Coordinate shipments and study-related logistics throughout the lifecycle.
