Job summary

CellCarta in Antwerp, Belgium, is seeking an Associate Project Manager (Conduct) to join our hybrid team. You will manage global clinical studies from setup to close-out, coordinating internal and external partners to deliver studies on time and within budget.

You will work with sponsors and cross-functional teams, ensuring compliant execution under GCP and CellCarta Quality System, while developing your project management expertise in a fast-paced CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medical Biology, Medicine or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of project management and/or CRA experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and balance priorities.
• Professional English, written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic Power BI and data handling skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage global clinical studies from setup to close-out, within scope, time and budget.
• Coordinate sponsor calls and governance-level sponsor meetings as needed.
• Schedule sample testing and monitor study progress.
• Oversee result reporting to sites and sponsors, ensuring timely sharing.
• Monitor study budgets and prepare sponsor invoices; forecast revenue by study.
• Maintain professional communication with sponsor and cross-functional teams throughout studies.
• Initiate close-out activities including final invoicing and archiving.
