Job summary

CellCarta invites an Associate Project Manager (Conduct) to join our hybrid team in Belgium. You will drive study conduct across oncology projects, coordinating internal and external partners to deliver on time, on scope, and on budget.

You will work with a team of experienced project managers, grow in project management methodologies, and support sponsorship communications while ensuring compliance with our Quality System.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sciences or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in project management/CRA or similar.
• Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage global clinical studies from setup through close-out, ensuring alignment with the Quality System.
• Coordinate sponsor calls and governance meetings, and lead ad hoc discussions as needed.
• Schedule all sample testing and monitor progress per study timelines.
• Oversee result reporting to sites and sponsors and ensure timely sharing of data.
• Monitor study budgets and prepare sponsor invoices while forecasting revenue by study.
• Maintain professional communication with sponsor, cross-functional teams, and management.
• Initiate and monitor close-out activities including final invoicing and archiving.
