Job summary

Mendix, part of Siemens Software, is seeking a Partner Sales Executive to drive new business in Belux through Focus Partners. You will own a dedicated territory, develop joint plans, and accelerate digital transformation with our Agentic Low-Code platform.

You will build pipelines, win new logos, and lead negotiations. The role rewards initiative, ownership, and a proven track record in enterprise software sales, with bilingual Dutch and English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience managing complex B2B or enterprise deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within your dedicated Belux territory.
• Build trusted relationships with Mendix’s Focus Partners and customers.
• Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities with partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close new business.
• Collaborate with Partner Management, Solution Architects, and Marketing to maximize partner engagement.
