TVH in Waregem is seeking a Customer Care Advisor dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves serving as the first contact point for customer inquiries and managing documentation accurately. You will cultivate long-term relationships with customers, provide insights to improve services, and assist customers with our e-commerce platform. This will be a temporary contract of 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer questions, requests, and complaints across different channels.
• Handle customer data and documentation accurately in our systems.
• Build strong, long‑term customer relationships by thinking along with their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
• Share valuable customer insights with internal teams to support account planning and continuous improvement.
• Represent TVH at fairs and events, strengthening customer connections.
• Guide customers in making the most of our e-commerce platform.
• Actively contribute ideas to improve processes and share knowledge with colleagues.

Profile

• You have a strong customer‑first mindset; experience in customer service is a plus.
• You are solution‑driven, resilient, and enjoy finding the right answer.
• You’re well‑organized, able to set priorities, and keep overview in a dynamic environment.
• You’re a true team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
• You are fluent in Slovak or Czech (both written and spoken).
• A strong knowledge of English (written and spoken) is a must.
