Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place est à la recherche d’un Stagiaire en Ressources Humaines pour soutenir l’équipe RH dès janvier 2027. Vous participerez au recrutement, à l’intégration, à l’administration du personnel et à divers projets RH au sein d’un environnement hôtelier international.

Le candidat idéal est proactif, communicatif et organisé, avec un niveau d’anglais courant et une forte capacité à travailler en équipe.

Responsibilities

• Assister le processus de recrutement: tri des candidatures, planification des entretiens et communication avec les candidats.
• Soutenir l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs et la préparation des documents d’accueil.
• Gérer l’administration du personnel: contrats, dossiers et documents RH.
• Contribuer à des projets RH, événements internes et initiatives d’engagement du personnel.
• Maintenir les bases de données RH et assurer une tenue de dossiers précise.
• Aider à la communication interne et à la préparation des supports RH.
• Collaborer avec les managers et les collaborateurs pour un support RH au quotidien.

Human Ressources Trainee

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team starting in January 2027.

Responsibilities

As part of the Human Resources Department at the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place, you will support the HR team across a wide range of activities related to recruitment, employee administration, onboarding, and HR projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the recruitment process, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Supporting the onboarding of new associates and preparing induction documentation.
• Assisting with employee administration, including contracts, personnel files and HR documentation.
• Contributing to HR projects, internal events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Helping maintain HR databases and ensuring accurate record keeping.
• Supporting internal communication and the preparation of HR-related materials.
• Collaborating with managers and associates to provide day-to-day HR support.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across all areas of Human Resources within a dynamic and international hospitality environment.
