Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience in logistics or related industries.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French/German a plus.

• Knowledge of Belgian labor standards and collective agreements.

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner Location: Brussels, Belgium

Role Summary Based in Brussels, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with the senior leadership and management teams of JD's logistics division. You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals, fostering talent development, and establishing a high-performance culture. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to JD's success in a dynamic market and to support our expanding logistics footprint across Belgium and Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with logistics leadership to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support to enhance organizational performance.
• Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet JD's staffing needs in Belgian logistics and fulfillment center operations.
• Manage employee relations, ensure a positive work environment, and address performance or behavioral issues in compliance with Belgian labor laws.
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with JD's global vision.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and national collective bargaining agreements (Belgian logistics & transport).
• Utilize HR data and analytics to continuously improve HR programs and processes.
• Promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion to strengthen JD's work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, with a background in logistics, supply chain, or related industries preferred.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of the logistics or supply chain industry, including its operational challenges and the local talent landscape in Belgium.
• Solid experience in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Belgian labor standards, statutory benefits, and HR best practices.
