JD.COM is seeking an HR Business Partner based in Brussels to work with the logistics leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and driving a high-performance culture across Belgium and Northern Europe.

You will lead talent management, recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Belgian labor laws and local collective bargaining agreements, and you will use HR data to improve programs and engage a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience in logistics or related industries.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French/German a plus.
• Strong performance management, talent development, and employee relations experience.
• Knowledge of Belgian labor standards and collective agreements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder influence.

Responsabilités

• Partner with logistics leadership to provide strategic HR support.
• Lead talent management, including performance reviews and succession planning.
• Develop recruitment strategies for Belgian logistics and fulfillment.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Belgian labor laws.
• Support organizational change aligned with JD's global vision.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies within local regulations.
