In addition, the position provides day-to-day administrative support for the small-parcel warehouse, including organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining documentation. Acting as a key liaison between the warehouse and cross-functional teams such as Operations, Procurement, and Finance, this role helps ensure warehouse operations are efficient, organized, and compliant.## Key Responsibilities### Brussels Warehouse – Business Support**1. Material Requirements Management*** Collect and consolidate material requests from warehouses, including consumables, low-value supplies, equipment, and other operational materials.* Coordinate with Operations and Procurement to clarify material specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.* Follow up on purchase orders, monitor delivery status, and coordinate with the warehouse to confirm receipt and inventory intake.**2. Systems and Data Support*** Assist in preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly operational reports and performance data.* Support the accuracy and organization of operational data within relevant systems.**3. On-site Coordination and Operational Support*** Provide on-site support to the Warehouse Supervisor for daily operational requirements.* Respond to and coordinate the resolution of operational issues, such as material shortages, system disruptions, and temporary labor support needs.* Maintain close communication with Operations, Finance, HR, and Procurement to ensure timely follow-up and successful completion of tasks.*At JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
