Capgemini Invent Belgium’s Workforce & Organization team seeks an experienced transformation leader to own complex HR programs from strategy through delivery. You will act as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and drive the growth of the HR transformation practice.

You will guide HR technology programs (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow) and embed GenAI in delivery, while building teams and shaping client value across sectors.

About Workforce & Organization in Belgium

Workforce & Organization (W&O) sits at the heart of the transformation services Capgemini Invent delivers. We help executives and CHROs design future-ready organizations and operating models, reinvent the role of HR, and move their people towards new ways of working in the age of AI. In Belgium, our team serves leading organizations across financial services, energy & utilities, industry, life sciences, retail and the public sector, supported by Capgemini Invent's international W&O network.

Your Role

Reporting to the Head of W&O Belgium, you will own and lead complex HR transformation programs from strategy to implementation, act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, and play a leading role in growing the practice. Your role covers four dimensions:

Delivery – own and lead complex HR transformations

• Define HR strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business strategy, based on diagnostics of HR people, processes, technology and employee experience.
• Design and implement HR Target Operating Models, service delivery models (business partnering, centers of expertise, shared services) and organization designs (structures, decision rights, sizing, integration and carve-outs).
• Advise clients on strategic workforce planning and skills-based approaches: skills mapping, future-demand scenarios, impact of AI and automation on jobs, reskilling plans.
• Steer digital HR / HR tech programs at the HR–IT interface (vision, solution selection such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or ServiceNow, functional design, GenAI / agentic AI use cases), including employee experience journeys and people analytics.
• Embed AI and GenAI in the way we deliver our projects: use AI-enabled accelerators and tools (e.g., for diagnostics, skills analysis, scenario modeling and drafting of deliverables) to speed up delivery, raise the quality of insights and increase the value for money of our assignments.
• Ensure quality, budget, risk management and client satisfaction across your programs, and act as trusted advisor to executive committees.

Business Driver – grow the business

• Identify and shape opportunities within existing and new accounts; lead proposals, pricing and client presentations end-to-end, and contribute to meeting sales targets.
• Build and sustain trusted-advisor relationships with CHROs, COOs and executive committee members.
• Partner with other Capgemini Invent teams (Finance Transformation, Data & AI, Business Technology, frog) and wider Group entities to shape integrated offers.

Talent Magnet & Inspiring Leader – grow our people

• Lead, coach and evaluate teams of consultants and managers, and act as counselor supporting their career development.
• Contribute to recruiting and play an active role in animating the W&O community.

Key Opinion Leader – build the practice

• Act as offering lead for HR Transformation: methods, assets, AI accelerators, client references.
• Be a recognized expert: produce thought leadership (points of view, articles, events, webinars), build your own network and strengthen Capgemini Invent's visibility in the Belgian market.

Your Profile

• Experience: 8–12 years in consulting (strategy, organization, HR or Big 4) and/or in a corporate HR function, with a proven track record of leading HR transformations, winning deals and developing teams.
• Education: Master's degree in business, HR, commercial engineering, work psychology, economics or equivalent.
• Expertise (several of the following): HR strategy and operating models; organization design; strategic workforce planning and skills-based organization; HR tech and people analytics; AI/GenAI in HR and AI-augmented delivery. Knowledge of the Belgian social framework is a strong asset.
• Soft skills: Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, commercial acumen, executive presence and credibility with C-level stakeholders, ability to structure and simplify, empathetic leadership, curiosity for innovation and technology.
• Languages: Fluent English and fluent Dutch or French, with working knowledge of the other national language.
• Nice to have: Certification on an HR tech solution; project or change management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci).
