Job summary

Zohorecruit in Bruxelles, Belgium, is seeking an Engagement Lead who will own delivery on client projects with support from experienced teammates. You will tackle a diverse set of strategic challenges across industries and contribute to building and expanding our clients' presence in the Netherlands.

You’ll lead with strong communication and presentation skills, fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive positive impact for clients and the broader INSPIRE

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and passion for business transformation.
• 4+ years of professional experience in consulting or comparable roles.
• Developing expertise in sustainability, digital solutions, or transformation areas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
