Peripass is seeking an HR Student to support our HR team across recruitment, people operations and internal initiatives in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up. You\'ll gain hands-on experience and take on real responsibility while learning how HR works in practice.

As an HR student, you will help with recruitment, onboarding, events, learning & development, and employer branding, contributing to the growth of Peripass and the development of our team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student at a college or university.
• A degree in HR or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch with good working proficiency in English.
• Available to work at least one office day a week during the 2026-2027 academic year.

Responsabilités

• Help recruit new colleagues: search for candidates and reach out to them.
• Collaborate on HR projects: onboarding, events, learning & development, employer branding.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the HR team and Peripass.
