Peripass is seeking an HR Student to join our team and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, people operations and internal HR initiatives. You will work closely with a driven team at a fast-growing SaaS scale-up and gain exposure to how HR supports growth at a tech company.

You will help shape our HR processes, participate in onboarding, events and employer branding efforts, and contribute to a high-impact work environment while studying.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student at a college or university.
• Fluent in Dutch and good working proficiency of English.
• Ability to work at least one office day per week during 2026-2027 academic year.

Are you looking for a student job where you can gain hands-on experience in HR and take on real responsibility? As an HR Student at Peripass, you'll support our HR team across a variety of tasks and projects, from recruitment and people operations to internal initiatives. You'll get the chance to learn, contribute and see first-hand how HR works within a fast-growing SaaS scale-up.

Peripass is a tech company at heart. We build software that digitises and automates complex logistics environments for companies like Bridgestone, Alpro and Arcelor Mittal. These companies have hundreds of trucks (un)loading every month, and our SaaS platform helps them orchestrate that whole process. Peripass is a high-impact SaaS platform used in international enterprise environments.

As our HR student, you will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the various challenges in the field of HR. More specifically, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process and the further development of our HR team. This is what you will be doing:

• You are involved with recruiting new colleagues: yousearch for potential candidates and reach out to them.

• Collaborating in several HR projects: such as onboarding, organizing eventslearning & development, employer branding...

• In short, you will help form the basis for the further development of our team and therefore play a crucial role in the growth of our company.

Probably by now, you already have a good idea of who we are looking for, but here are some pointers:

• Currently enrolled as a student at a college or university

• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good working proficiency of English

• You are available to work at least one office day a week throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. This can be extended if mutually agreed. During exam periods, we are of course flexible regarding your availability.

• You have a get-the-job-done mindset and are a good communicator

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• We are ISO27001 certified, so you see the importance of Information Security & Cyber Security and you act accordingly. Within Peripass we see these aspects as fundamental to our business, since our software automates critical parts of our clients' logistics processes.
