Maneuver Marketing is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with ambitious growth in a remote-first setup. You will partner with Creative, Growth, Tech & Ops, reporting to the Head of People, shaping playbooks, policies and compensation strategies.

Strong data skills and experience supporting senior leaders are essential. The role offers real ownership: running performance cadences, pay decisions, manager upskilling, and automated HR operations with modern tooling.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years HR experience as HRBP in fast-paced, remote-first teams
• Experience partnering with senior managers and leaders in a matrix environment
• Experience implementing OKRs, KPIs and data-driven people decisions
• Proficiency with HRIS, HR analytics and modern HR tooling (Notion, Asana, Slack)

Responsabilités

• Maintain job descriptions, levels, competency frameworks, and pay bands aligned to scale
• Coach managers on feedback, biases, PDPs/PIPs and development plans
• Translate business goals into people actions and enable fast, audit-ready HR decisions
• Drive onboarding/offboarding processes, lifecycle management and stakeholder alignment
• Track eNPS, retention, cycle times and other HR metrics to prove impact
