Talentus is seeking a Project Lead to set up and implement a new HR Shared Service Centre. You will work with HR and business stakeholders to drive process improvements, manage transitions, and ensure efficient, compliant HR service delivery.

You will lead migration of HR processes into the SSC, establish governance, training, and go-live activities, and monitor performance with clear SLAs, while engaging leaders and sponsors across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or implementing HR Shared Service Centres.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes across countries.
• Familiarity with HR technology and self-service tools.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement the HR Shared Service operating model.
• Standardize HR processes across countries and support HR technology deployments.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and data privacy regulations.
• Lead migration of HR processes into the Shared Service Centre.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks and reporting.
• Drive change management, communication and training initiatives.
• Establish performance metrics, SLA monitoring and continuous improvement.
