Job summary

act digital is seeking an HR Business Analyst to ensure HR applications and master data stay aligned with evolving needs. You will coordinate changes to HR apps, analyze requirements, craft solutions, and hand them to IT, followed by testing and coordinating go-live.

You will maintain HR master data and monitor data quality, becoming the expert for HR apps and data. You will work in the HR Program Office, drawing on experience as a Business Analyst and Lead Consultant across SuccessFactors EC &

Qualifications

• Experience as Business Analyst and Lead Consultant on multiple implementations.
• Proven experience with SuccessFactors modules (Onboarding, Performance & Goal Management, Learning, or Succession).
• Proven lead consultant for UAT in SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate changes to HR apps, analyze needs, design solutions, hand over to IT, test, communicate with stakeholders and enable go-live.
• Maintain and expand HR master data (organizational structure, job catalog).
• Monitor HR data quality and implement data quality improvements and guidelines.
