Talentus is seeking a Project Lead to set up and implement a new HR Shared Service Centre. You will work with HR and business stakeholders to drive process improvements, manage transitions, and ensure efficient, compliant HR service delivery.

You will lead migration of HR processes into the SSC, establish governance, training, and go-live activities, and monitor performance with clear SLAs, while engaging leaders and sponsors across the organization.

• Experience designing or implementing HR Shared Service Centres.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes across countries.
• Familiarity with HR technology and self-service tools.

As Project Lead, you will be responsible for setting up and implementing a new HR Shared Service Centre. Working closely with HR and business stakeholders, you will drive process improvements, manage transitions, and ensure an efficient and compliant HR service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the HR Shared Service operating model, including services, governance, and team structure.
• Standardize HR processes across countries and support the implementation of HR technology and self-service tools.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and local legal requirements.
• Lead the migration of HR processes into the Shared Service Centre, including documentation, training, and go-live activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for HR leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and status reporting.
• Drive change management, communication, and training initiatives to support successful adoption.
• Establish performance metrics, SLA monitoring, and continuous improvement programs to enhance service quality.
