Airswift in Brussels is seeking an experienced HR project management professional to drive large-scale transformation across the Belgian energy sector. You will manage end-to-end HR projects, align governance with HR priorities, and lead change initiatives to improve performance, onboarding, and development frameworks.

The role requires Dutch and/or French with English, a strong track record in project leadership, HR expertise, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in HR project management, HR transformation, organisational development, or consulting.
• Proven experience leading learning and development projects.
• Experience in process redesign, organisational effectiveness, and change programmes.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end HR projects from scoping and business case development through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, governance, resources, risks, and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain alignment with business and HR priorities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to HR leadership.
• Drive improvements to performance management processes.
• Support the redesign and implementation of performance frameworks, goal-setting methodologies, feedback mechanisms, and development planning approaches.
• Ensure alignment between performance management, talent development, and organisational objectives.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving HR effectiveness and collaboration.
• Support transition to new operating models and ways of working.
• Design and optimise HR governance, decision-making processes, and cross-functional collaboration models.
• Map, analyse, and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
• Facilitate workshops to redesign workflows, define future-state processes, and support role clarification.
• Promote sustainable implementation and adoption of new processes.
