Sogeti Belgium is seeking a Business Analyst with HR domain experience to join our hybrid team in Diegem. You will work with HR, payroll and IT to translate business needs into functional IT solutions and improve processes.

The ideal candidate speaks Dutch and English, holds a bachelor or master in IT or Business, and has proven experience as a Functional or Business Analyst, with knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of HR/payroll processes and enterprise applications.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with HR, payroll and IT teams to understand business needs.
• Analyse HR processes, especially payroll and time & attendance.
• Translate business needs into functional input for IT solutions.
• Document processes and requirements clearly and structured.
• Support testing to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
