Jobat is seeking an HR Business Partner for a growing international client in the medical sector, based in Genk, Belgium. You will manage payroll and HR processes for multiple entities and act as the primary contact for employees and managers.

You will stay up-to-date with social legislation and translate it into daily HR practice, overseeing the full employee lifecycle from contracts and onboarding to absences and offboarding, ensuring accurate payroll support.
