Airswift is supporting a major organization in the energy infrastructure sector, strengthening its HR team with an experienced HRBP Officer. You will work with HR Business Partners to support operational HR activities and ensure service delivery.

You will manage employee data in SAP SuccessFactors, coordinate onboarding and performance processes, develop documentation, and drive continuous process improvements across the HR function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Officer, HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar HR support role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and create vacancies.
• Update organisational structures and process promotions.
• Support performance management cycles and communications.
• Coordinate onboarding feedback and analyze responses.
• Prepare HR documentation and guidance materials on internal platforms.
• Organise HR team meetings and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Provide analytical support to HR Business Partners with reporting.
