Job summary

delaware BeLux seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to help our diverse client portfolio build modern HR experiences. You will work across modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, and more, translating HR needs into practical, scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

You will lead workshops, design end-to-end implementations, and support integrations while staying current with SAP SuccessFactors innovations.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors in a consulting, implementation, or support role.
• Ability to translate HR and business requirements into practical HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations from analysis to go-live and support.
• Translate HR and business requirements into efficient and user-friendly SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and optimize one or more modules based on client needs.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and advise stakeholders.
• Support integrations and ensure seamless interaction between HR systems.
• Act as trusted advisor to improve and evolve HR processes.
• Stay up to date with SuccessFactors innovations and translate them into client value.
• Collaborate with colleagues across HR and technology domains.
