Job summary

Schneider Electric in Uccle (Brussels) invites you to join its HR Generalist Intern program. You will support the HR Director and HRBPs on strategic and operational activities, with a focus on data, dashboards, and reporting.

This 3-6 month internship starts February 2027 and offers exposure to an international BeNe cluster. You'll analyze HR data in Excel, assist with Talent Management, Works Council preparation, onboarding, and policy updates, while developing business and soft skills through

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with good English.
• Strong communication, initiative, and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of Belgian Social Law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR metrics monitoring, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
• Consolidate and interpret HR data from Excel and HR systems.
• Assist HRBPs in delivering strategic and operational HR support.
• Contribute to Talent Management and Performance & Development processes.
• Support HR programs across BeNe cluster with stakeholders.
• Prepare Works Council materials and employee relations activities.
• Prepare presentations and management materials for HR projects.
• Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Support onboarding and employee documentation.
