Job summary

BESIX Group in Brussels is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team from day one. You will screen CVs, follow up on applications, and coordinate recruitment activities while contributing to HR projects and daily operations.

You will also participate in job fairs, campus events, and employer branding initiatives, taking ownership of meaningful tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
• Internship at our Head Office in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Brussels.
• Internship of at least 8 weeks full-time; include availability and dates.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, with good command of English.
• Analytical mindset, autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communicator with collaborative mindset; able to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and capable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support our Talent Acquisition team with recruitment processes.
