Job summary

Q8 is seeking a Human Capital Analyst to turn HR data into insights across Europe. Based in Antwerp or Rotterdam, you’ll own HR reporting and dashboards using Workday, partnering with Corporate HR to safeguard data quality and improve systems.

You’ll analyse workforce trends and KPIs, translate data into clear recommendations, support budgeting with Finance, and drive automation of reporting processes in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HR reporting, data analytics, controlling or workforce analytics experience.
• Hands-on Workday Reporting experience, building and optimizing dashboards.
• Experience with complex datasets and ensuring reliable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own HR reporting and dashboards across Business Units using Workday.
• Analyse workforce trends, HR KPIs and personnel costs, translating data into clear recommendations.
• Safeguard data quality and coordinate mandatory HR reporting activities (e.g., CSRD).
• Support HR budgeting and cost monitoring, collaborating with Finance on variances.
• Automate reporting processes and contribute to HR systems improvements.
