Accenture is seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors/HCM professionals to join our growing team. You will work with senior stakeholders to design and implement HCM solutions for global clients, focusing on successful deployments of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM ECC/H4S4 across modules.

You will engage in requirements gathering, process design, configuration, testing, training, and change management, with extensive opportunity for travel to client sites and to grow within a global delivery model.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience in designing and/or implementing SuccessFactors OR 5 years of experience in SAP HCM ECC or S4H4 in PA/OM/TM/PY (Functional knowledge).
• Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience in integrating SAP HR solutions and Global Delivery Model.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
• Interacting in a client-facing role to determine business requirements.
• Identifying how the HCM solution can be best utilized to meet client requirements.
• Providing support to the interface workstream for integration between the solution and other applications.
• Supporting configuration, testing, training and change management workstreams.
• Define, analyze and implement business processes, configure SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM ECC/H4S4, test and guide deliverables toward go-live.
