Job summary

Sia is seeking bright, dynamic consultants to build relationships and deliver results, with a track record from education and early job experiences. You will be encouraged to take responsibility quickly and grow professionally.

You’ll work on projects across Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Industry, Transport and Logistics, mainly on HR change, development, and tools, with opportunities to participate in Belgium-wide assignments.

Qualifications

• University Master in Business Engineering, (HR) Management, Civil Engineering or similar.
• 0.5 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Strong interest and experience in HR/ Change.
• Analytical mind with ability to synthesize into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Interest in data and AI topics and building expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management in customer programs with communication, training and support planning.
• Support HR management: HR function organization, CSR, HR KPIs.
• Contribute to HR development: recruitment, career and training.
• Work on HR tools and Information systems: project management and implementation.
• Contribute to social management: studies, HR document drafting, negotiation preparation.

You will mainly work on the following topics:

• Languages: Dutch and English fluent/native mandatory.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments all over Belgium and abroad (e.g. France)
