Sia, a next-generation global management consulting group, seeks a Manager HR Transformation & Change to lead and grow a Nordic/Benelux-aligned team. You will drive HR transformation projects, coach consultants, and win new business across the Netherlands, Belgium, and major accounts.

You’ll apply data-driven and digital HR approaches to help clients become future-proof. Qualified candidates have strong consultancy experience, multilingual proficiency, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed.
• 4-7 years of managerial experience in a consultancy firm.
• Background in HR Transformation & Change.
• Strong commercial skills with energy for consulting and business development.
• Interest in data and AI topics and ability to build expertise quickly.
• Trilingual: French, Dutch and English.
• Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Experience connecting across a large international network.

Responsabilités

• You’ll manage and expand the team, motivate and coach consultants.
• Acquire and deliver HR transformation projects in the Netherlands, Belgium and major accounts.
• Present approaches to managing transformations and promote data-driven HR solutions.
• Drive growth, identify opportunities, and develop proposals.
