Suspicious Antwerp is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle across Antwerp and other European locations. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard new hires, crafting authentic job postings and timely, personal candidate communications.

You will partner with HR and team leads to scale onboarding, maintain the careers page, and manage HR admin tasks. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus a proactive, fast-moving mindset, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an in-house recruitment role, or agency background with a genuine understanding that in-house is a different game entirely.
• You know how to find people who aren't actively looking
• Strong communicator: clear, direct and personal, in Dutch and English
• Organized and structured, without losing the human touch
• You thrive when things move fast and change often
• Based in or near Antwerp

• Keep our careers page on-brand and up to date
• Support in HR admin tasks

We're looking for a dedicated Recruiter who takes full ownership of that process across all our locations: from the first job post to the moment someone walks in on their first day. Someone who moves fast, communicates like a human and knows how to find the right people before the competition does.

What you'll be doing
