Within the Human Resources Department and reporting to theHead of Talent Acquisition & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion BeNeFrance,you are responsible for all local recruitments (permanent and interns) inBelgium and the Netherlands, as well as contributing to the development of ourlocal employer brand.
What you´ll do
Recruitment (80%):
- Manageall permanent recruitments for Belgium and the Netherlands from A to Z.You are the single point of contact between our operational teams andcandidates: from the initial briefing and sourcing (direct search, jobpostings) to interview coordination and onboarding of new hires. You willwork with an intern for the recruitments of interns in Belgium and theNetherlands.
- Adviseand support operational managers to ensure an effective recruitmentprocess and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Developand maintain our talent pool to anticipate future needs and promote ouremployer brand.
- Leadoptimization and continuous improvement projects for our activities(tools, processes, training).
- Ensurecompliance with processes and KPIs.
Employer Branding (10%):
- Contributeto the development of our employer brand and increase our visibility withcandidates by participating in events, creating communication materialsand digital content, etc.
- Uniteand grow our internal ambassador community by organizing events andactivities to position us as an employer of choice. You are in charge ofthe local academic relation strategy.
- Leadand organize internal events to foster a great new joiner experience(onboarding days, monthly intern gatherings, etc.).
- Participatein creating content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) andother materials.
Projects and Other Responsibilities (10%):
- Manageand develop a Intern, supporting you on local TA activities.
- Actas the national point of contact representing Belgium in theEuropean/Global Centers of Expertise (CoE) meetings on
- Recruitment,Employer Branding and DEI topics.
- Promoteand embody our DEI values (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) in youreveryday activities, from the recruitment scope to other side projectscovering our pillars (Gender Parity, Sexual orientation, Disabilities,Generations and Internationality)
- Participateand develop projects around Talent Acquisition (tools & processes),CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) or any other working group on avoluntary basis.
What makes you a good fit
- Youhold a Master's degree from a business school or equivalent universityeducation
- Youhave initial experience in recruitment, either in-house or within arecruitment agency, ideally in an international environment
- Fluencyin spoken and written English is required, as well as in French and/orDutch
- Youdemonstrate adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills
- Youare capable of interacting with a wide range of stakeholders from varioussectors, with diverse areas of expertise and levels of responsibility
- Youare autonomous, detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellentcommunication skills
