• Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on key HR topics such as recruitment, organizational design, performance management, absenteeism, compensation, and change management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives
• Translate business needs into pragmatic and effective HR solutions, while setting clear priorities
• Collaborate closely with the broader HR team to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery
• Oversee payroll and personnel administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuity (including back‑up support when needed)
