Job summary

Fujitsu in Brussels seeks an experienced HR Business Analyst to ensure HR applications, processes and master data stay aligned with evolving business needs. You will analyze requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and coordinate changes to HR systems while monitoring data quality.

The role includes supporting testing and go-live activities, working within an HR Program Office, and developing into a Subject Matter Expert in HR applications and data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Lead Consultant across multiple HR implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management, including integrations with peripheral systems.
• Proven implementation experience with modules such as Performance & Goal Management, Learning Management, Recruitment & Onboarding, Succession Management.
• Lead Consultant for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in a SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end digitalisation of HR processes across multiple organisations.
