Ageas Re, a unit of Ageas Group, is inviting applications for an HR Advisor to support end-to-end HR activities and employee experience. In close collaboration with the Sr HR Business Partner, you’ll translate priorities into practical actions across international teams.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance processes, and HR reporting, with opportunities to contribute to strategic projects in reward and data, while working from Brussels with occasional travel to Zurich.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with 5–7 years HR experience across talent, engagement and development.
• Strong communicator enabling collaboration with employees, managers and senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven, hands-on and results-oriented.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in an international environment with diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in English, Dutch and/or French (oral and written).

As an HR Advisor, you play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and contribute to a broad range of HR activities. In close collaboration with the Sr HR Business Partner, you help translate HR priorities into practical actions, support day‑to‑day HR operations and ensure a strong employee experience.

Your function

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and advise hiring managers throughout the process;
• Strengthen employer branding and contribute to clear, engaging HR communications;
• Coordinate and improve onboarding, offboarding, learning and engagement initiatives;
• Provide HR reporting to support decision‑making and regulatory and/or internal reporting requirements;
• Support core HR processes such as performance management, talent review and workforce planning;
• Contribute to HR projects, policies and process improvements across different HR domains.

Depending on your interests and experience, you may also contribute to strategic HR projects in areas such as reward, HR technology, data, AI and employee experience.

Your profile

• You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5–7 years of relevant HR experience across talent, engagement and development;
• You are a strong communicator, enabling effective collaboration with employees, managers, and senior stakeholders;
• You are data‑driven, hands‑on and results‑oriented;
• You possess strong project management skills;
• You enjoy working in an international environment with people of diverse backgrounds;
• You are proficient in English, Dutch and/or French, both orally and in writing;
• You work from the Brussel office with potential occasional travel to the Zurich office.
