Hilton Brussels Grand Place is offering a six-month internship as a Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee in Brussels. You will be immersed in daily housekeeping operations, learning to open and close the department, manage inventory, and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest comfort.

Ideal candidates are hospitality students fluent in French, with strong English as a plus, and eager to develop leadership and teamwork within a prestigious hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French.
• English proficiency an advantage.
• Studies in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Desire to learn and develop leadership and team management.

Responsabilités

• Housekeeping Opening: assign daily tasks, check inventory, prepare for day.
• Housekeeping Closing: ensure rooms cleaned, prepare end-of-day reports, plan next day operations.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock, place orders, coordinate deliveries.
• Email Management: respond to requests from hotel departments and guests.
