The Hotel Brussels is looking for a motivated Training Coordinator Intern to join their Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in employee training and development in an international hotel setting.

You will organize training sessions, support new employees during onboarding, and help create a positive workplace culture. Ideal candidates are studying Hospitality Management or a related field and have a passion for people development.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions.
• Prepare training materials and maintain accurate training records.

Formation

Currently studying Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
