Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel, part of the Marriott International portfolio, offers a Management Development Programs internship in Brussels. You will assist the HR team with day-to-day operations and replace the HR Manager during her absence, gaining hands-on experience in contracts, onboarding, and employee administration.

Qualifications

• Languages: French and English (Dutch is a plus)
• Motivation, good communication skills and flexibility
• Interest in responsibility and autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Respond to applications
• Prepare contracts/employment certificates
• Prepare new employee files and introduce them to the hotel
• Assist employees with administration
• Follow up on medical/incapacity certificates
• Report and follow up on worker's compensation administration
• Handle requests and correspondence from interim agencies
• File and organize daily paperwork
• Organize staff celebrations (staff party, birthday, retirement, Christmas etc.).
