Cardo Brussels Hotel in Brussels is offering internships to learn how a leading hospitality brand operates. You will support the General Manager and Director of Operations, coordinating cross-department projects across Front Office, F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Sales, Finance, and HR.

You will contribute to administrative tasks, reporting, and KPI follow-up, and assist in management meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch skills preferred.
• Pursuing a degree in management, hospitality, or business.
• Interest in the hotel/hospitality industry and eagerness to learn.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Gain a global overview of hotel operations by supporting the General Manager and Director of Operations.
• Assist in coordinating projects across departments (Front Office, F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Sales, Finance, HR).
• Contribute to administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-up on key performance indicators.
• Support in preparing and participating in management meetings and presentations.
• Learn how strategic decisions are made and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
