JD.com is seeking a seasoned Safety Manager to lead the safety and loss-prevention framework across our operations. You will design emergency response plans, enforce safety procedures, and coordinate with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and asset protection.

The role requires at least 5 years in safety management with 3+ years in team leadership within retail or e-commerce, strong integrity, and excellent communication in English and Chinese or English.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in safety management, loss prevention or risk management.
• Minimum 5 years in chain retail or e-commerce, with 3+ years in team leadership.
• Fluency in English; Chinese or English proficiency for communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop and revise the safety management system in line with laws and policies.
• Establish emergency response plans and safety committees.
• Lead loss prevention, audits, and security vendor management.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety facilities and coordination with authorities.
