Radisson Collection Hotel The National Brussels is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team with food preparation, cleanliness, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will follow hygiene standards and assist chefs, contributing to a clean, organized kitchen while staying reliable, punctual, and flexible for shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is an advantage.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsabilités

• Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during meal preparation and service.
• Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Ensure kitchen areas remain clean and organized at all times.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock and ingredients.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Support the team with additional kitchen-related tasks as required.
