Job summary

Radisson Collection Hotel The National Brussels is seeking enthusiastic Flexi Food & Beverage Assistants to support our F&B team on a flexible basis. You will assist with daily operations, deliver guest services, and ensure a welcoming breakfast and dining experience.

This role suits candidates who enjoy dynamic environments and are available to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays when required. Prior hospitality/F&B experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage is an advantage.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a flexible approach to work.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Set up and clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Support preparation and restocking of service stations.
• Assist with events, banquets, or special functions when required.
• Handle guest requests and communicate effectively with team members.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
