Vygon is seeking an Account Manager to oversee hospital relationships and drive growth across Antwerp, Flemish Brabant, and Limburg. You will act as a trusted advisor to clinicians and administrators, understanding their clinical and operational challenges and positioning Vygon’s high-tech medical devices as the optimal solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in account management or medical business environment preferred.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client understanding.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; basic French.
• Strong negotiation and contract-follow-through capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Expand the client portfolio in Antwerp, Flemish Brabant and Limburg and build loyal partnerships.
• Understand key customer needs and requirements.
• Grow relationships by offering innovative solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Coordinate timely delivery of products and services to customers.
• Serve as the communication bridge between key customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to pre-tender management and generate new sales for durable relationships.
• Prepare progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders using account metrics.
