Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an RN in the practicing state.
• Minimum five years in healthcare with two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated administrative ability and knowledge of healthcare policies.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery of patient services and ensure compliance with agency policies.
• Develop policies, procedures and guidelines to fulfil program objectives.
• Oversee scheduling, supervision, and ongoing education for staff.
• Implement and monitor a quality assurance program or supervise QA staff.
• Maintain medical records with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and implement staff education programs for the team.
