Hospice of Virginia seeks an experienced RN Executive Director to lead our Forest office and guide a dedicated team of clinicians serving patients and families at end of life.

The role requires strong leadership, proven hospice/home health or SNF experience, and a commitment to comfort, dignity, and high standards of care. We offer generous PTO, 401(k) match, and a competitive salary with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospice care, home health, or a SNF setting.
• Strong leadership skills and team development.
• Experience with healthcare policies and reimbursement practices.

Responsabilités

• Maintain positive internal and external customer service relationships.
• Delegate program responsibilities to administrative and supervisory staff.
• Monitor program administration, planning, supervision, and evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
• Define staffing needs and optimize personnel utilization.
• Approve staff appointments with VP of Operations.
• Oversee adherence to personnel policies and procedures.
• Negotiate and monitor contracts with community providers.
