Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our homecare team. You will provide compassionate, professional nursing care in patients' homes and collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure excellent outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time or PRN), health benefits, 24/7 local support, paid training, and opportunities for skill advancement. An active LPN/LVN license and state compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home LPN/LVN nursing care.
• Document care using Aveanna tablet.
• Coordinate with clinicians to ensure safe patient outcomes.

• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
