You will assist in project setup, study support, and digital pathology workflows, collaborating with pathologists and cross-functional colleagues to ensure timely, high-quality pathology services for clinical studies.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with common software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support project initiation activities and documentation management.
• Coordinate daily pathology operations and workflow tracking.
• Assist with slide management, case creation, and digital pathology systems.
• Support pathologist training, alignment, and concordance activities.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Education
