CellCarta is seeking an Associate Assay Development Scientist - Histopathology to join our Antwerp-based team. You will support the Assay Development Unit in optimizing and validating IHC, RISH, FISH, and CTC assays for use in clinical trials, collaborating with QA, RA, and the Clinical Sample Testing Unit.
The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite) at Sint-Bavostraat 78, 2610 Antwerpen (Wilrijk).

The Assay Development Unit is responsible for the optimization and validation of high-quality (single and multiplex) IHC, RISH, FISH, and CTC assays for use in clinical trials. As an Associate Assay Development Scientist, you will collaborate with the Assay Development team and other internal stakeholders (such as Laboratory Operations, QA, RA, and the Clinical Sample Testing Unit) throughout all stages of the development and validation process.
