Movu Robotics in Belgium seeks a proactive Helpdesk Engineer for software applications. You will be the first contact for Key-Users, triaging incidents, performing basic troubleshooting, and monitoring dashboards for intralogistics systems.
The role requires a technical or logistics background, first helpdesk experience, strong English, and optional German/French. Opportunities for 24/7 standby and shift progression are possible.
Qualifications
- The candidate should have a technical or logistics background and first helpdesk experience.
- Fluent English is required; German or French is a plus.
- Experience with WMS/WCS, dashboards, and monitoring tools is desirable.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and time-management skills are essential.
Responsabilités
- Serve as first point of contact for Key-Users reporting incidents.
- Receive, categorize, and prioritize helpdesk tickets and solve basic issues.
- Perform standard troubleshooting and guided workarounds.
- Monitor dashboards for automated storage and conveying systems.
- Assist operators with logins, permissions, and routine tasks.
- Escalate unresolved issues with clear documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain and update knowledge base and assist in training sessions.
