Job summary

Ypto at SNCB is seeking a Business Area Manager - Real Time Operations to lead a portfolio of mission-critical real-time applications. You will drive strategy, delivery, budget, people management and stakeholder engagement for a ~60-person team across multiple domains.

You will coordinate a strategic roadmap, balance stability with innovation, and act as a trusted partner to senior business leaders while managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets of around €10 million.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent IT/management experience.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and coaches.
• Strong budget, planning and governance experience.
• Experience with portfolio, project and service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support senior leads and teams within your domain.
• Define and steer the strategic roadmap and ensure delivery of projects.
• Manage a consolidated budget of about €10 million across CAPEX and OPEX.
• Guarantee availability, quality and performance of mission-critical apps.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic decisions.
